1. Weekly Fresh Meal Service (Subscription & Individual Days)
Because our meals are prepared fresh and ingredients are sourced from local farmers based on order volumes, we require advance notice for cancellations.
- Cancellation Deadline: Notice of suspension or cancellation must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service day.
- Same-Day Cancellations: We are unable to accept same-day cancellations. If you are unable to receive your meal and the deadline has passed, we recommend donating your meal to a friend or neighbour, or we can donate it to a local community partner on your behalf.

2. Retail & Next Day Delivery Orders
For orders placed through our online store for next-day delivery or in-store pickup:
- Deadline: Cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM the day before the scheduled delivery.

Refunds: Orders cancelled before the deadline will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Orders cancelled after this time may be subject to a restocking fee if the items have already been packed or prepared.
3. Catering Services
Catering involves specific staffing and larger-scale food procurement.
- Standard Catering (Breakfast/Lunch): Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event date.
- Large Events/Curated Menus: For custom menus or groups over 15, we require 4 business days' notice for cancellation.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the restricted window may be subject to a charge of 50% to 100% of the order value, depending on the stage of preparation and specialty items ordered.
4. Gift Cards
- Final Sale: Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
